Amal Clooney made a stylish appearance in Athens, Greece, for a series of cultural and heritage events. The human rights lawyer, 48, attended an AI talk with her mother, Baria Alamuddin, at the Temple of Olympian Zeus on Thursday.
Fresh from accompanying her husband George Clooney to the Venice Film Festival, where he received the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement, Amal opted for another elegant ensemble. She wore an ivory three-piece trouser suit for the occasion. Her long brunette hair was styled in a bouncy blow out, and she accessorized with oversized square sunglasses and gold jewelry.
Her mother, Baria Alamuddin, was also present, dressed in a black and white polka dot coordinated set and carrying a quilted Chanel bag. She also wore sunglasses.
During his acceptance speech at the Venice Film Festival, George Clooney publicly praised his wife, referring to her as a "bada*s" lawyer who has achieved significant legal victories, including putting ISIS on trial. He also mentioned that while they have intense discussions about various issues, including politics, they maintain a normal family life with their two children, filled with laughter and love.
Prior to her trip to Greece, Amal was seen leaving Italy with her husband after the 83rd Venice Film Festival. Earlier in the festival, she had also made fashion statements, including a mesh Stella McCartney dress and Aquazzura heels.
