Alison Hammond recently revisited her "Strictly Come Dancing" dance routines during a segment on the television show "This Morning." The presenter, who competed on the BBC show in 2014, joined her co-host Dermot O'Leary in an impromptu rain dance, calling for a downpour amid dry weather.

Hammond has been publicly discussing her 11-stone weight loss, attributing her success to dietary changes and exercise. She shared that she has cut out sweets and fatty foods and has been working with a personal trainer twice a week. Her fitness regimen also includes walking, stretching, and yoga.

In addition to her previous training, Hammond has recently incorporated Reformer Pilates and circuit classes into her routine. She described Reformer Pilates as beneficial for her flexibility, noting that she felt "stiff as a board" prior to starting. She also participates in early-morning circuit classes.

Hammond has also spoken about her health concerns, including being pre-diabetic, which motivated her to make significant lifestyle changes. She expressed that while she does not use weight-loss injections herself, she does not judge those who do. She also mentioned trying a cold plunge pool once but found the experience unpleasant.

Hammond previously weighed over 20 stone and joined Weight Watchers in 2019 to focus on her health. Reformer Pilates, a practice also adopted by celebrities like Meghan Markle and Jennifer Aniston, typically costs between £25 to £40 for a 45-minute session and is gaining popularity.
