ActBlue co-founder Matt DeBergalis invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination during a deposition before three House committees, sources told Fox News Digital. The committees are investigating allegations that the Democratic fundraising platform may have accepted foreign donations due to lax fraud prevention standards.

DeBergalis' deposition with the Committee on House Administration, House Oversight Committee, and House Judiciary Committee lasted less than 30 minutes on Thursday morning. The joint investigation focuses on whether ActBlue's systems allowed funds from foreign sources to enter U.S. political campaigns.
