The Hollywood Hills home where David Anthony Burke, also known as the musician D4vd, was arrested in connection with a murder is now available for rent. The furnished, four-bedroom property located above the Sunset Strip is listed at $15,950 per month.
According to property records, the 3,153-square-foot home features three bathrooms, a pool, a spa, a cabana, and a steam shower in the primary bathroom. The interior includes new flooring, marble countertops, and high-end appliances. The residence is situated in a secluded area that previously drew little attention from neighbors. Residents in the vicinity include Ariana Grande, Edwin Castro, and Jimmy Kimmel.
D4vd was taken into custody in April by heavily armed officers at the home. He is accused of the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas. Prosecutors allege Burke lured Rivas to his Hollywood Hills residence on the night of April 23, 2025, stabbed her, and allowed her to bleed to death. Legal documents also state that Burke subsequently ordered a shovel, chainsaws, a body bag, and heavy-duty laundry bags. The motive is believed to be to prevent Rivas from exposing their alleged illegal sexual relationship and jeopardizing his music career.
Rivas's body was reportedly found decomposing in a Tesla registered to Burke in September 2025. The singer, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, is currently being held without bail as he awaits trial. He had reportedly been staying in the $3.5 million Hollywood Hills home prior to his arrest.
