Aaron Paul has sold his Los Angeles home for nearly $7.5 million, concluding a sale process that began over a year ago with a considerably higher asking price. The property, known as the Seyler House in the Los Feliz neighborhood, was initially listed in July 2025 for approximately $10 million.
The 47-year-old actor, who starred as Jesse Pinkman in the acclaimed series "Breaking Bad," reduced the price to $8.2 million in January 2026. The final sale price was $7.495 million, according to reports.
The 4,026-square-foot residence, built in 1922, is situated on nearly 1.5 acres and features three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Originally designed by architect Stiles O. Clements, the interior was later renovated by Commune Design. The home boasts beamed ceilings, multiple patios and terraces, a media room, a card room, and a guest bedroom. The kitchen opens to an outdoor dining area and a garden. The primary suite includes a bathroom, a dressing area, and a balcony. Outdoor amenities include a pool, a cold plunge, a fireplace, a fire pit, and a koi pond, all offering panoramic views of Los Angeles.
Paul is among several notable figures who have resided in the Seyler House, with previous occupants including Robert Pattinson, Noah Wyle, Jim Parsons, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and the late Tim Curry.
Last year, Paul stated that the home had been "a safe haven for my family" and that they felt fortunate to have experienced "so much life here over the years."
The move to sell the Los Angeles property aligns with Paul's relocation to Paris with his wife, Lauren Paul, and their two children. He cited the January 2025 Pacific Palisades fires as a catalyst for their decision to leave Los Angeles. "When the fires happened in LA, we just knew that we were done with LA, so we sold our house in LA and moved to Paris," Paul said, describing Paris as "awesome."
Paul and his wife had reportedly always dreamed of taking a "year abroad" for their children, Story Annabelle, eight, and Ryden Caspian, four, and expressed a desire to experience a different culture.
