Los Angeles's 626 Night Market is set to return to Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California, for a three-day event from August 14 to August 16. The market will operate daily from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., with admission priced at $8 for online purchases.

Founded by Jonny Hwang in 2012, the 626 Night Market is inspired by the night markets of Taiwan and has grown into the largest Asian-themed night market in the United States. The event aims to offer a diverse experience, featuring over 250 vendors.

Culinary Offerings and Shopping

Attendees can expect a wide range of food and beverage options, from traditional Asian dishes to contemporary fusion creations. Menu items highlighted include dumplings, noodles, Korean street food, Hot Cheeto burritos, seafood fries, lobster rolls, peach cobblers, matcha lattes, deep-fried pizzas, bulgogi rice bowls, and Dubai chocolate churro sundaes. Beyond food, the market will host numerous shopping booths offering unique items such as handmade African jewelry, anime merchandise, plush toys, custom apparel, carved crystals, collectible gaming accessories, and taxidermy insects.

Entertainment and Performances

In addition to food and shopping, the 626 Night Market will include live entertainment on its Encore Stage. Friday's lineup features indie pop singer Rin, pop artist HOHYUN, R&B singer Justin Park, and EDM artist TIFFVNYJOY. Saturday will host a Dreamstate Takeover, and the final night will include performances by folk singer Labit, a Kawaii Cosplay contest, and a Kawaii Rave.

The festival has received recognition, including a spot on USA TODAY's 10 Best night markets list. This engagement at Santa Anita Park marks the final Southern California iteration for 2026, with the market scheduled to return the following year. The venue is located at 285 W Huntington Drive, and free parking will be available. Organizers advise early arrival due to anticipated crowds.

This event brings the atmosphere of Asian street markets to the San Gabriel Valley. Other night markets operating in the Los Angeles area include Chinatown's DS Thai Night Market, Hollywood's 101 Night Market, and Monchis Night Market.
