Tennis legend Venus Williams recently shared a moment with her husband, Andrea Preti, during England's World Cup quarterfinal match against Norway in Miami.
The couple was seen on the field at Hard Rock Stadium, where they participated in a photo shoot.
Williams, who is a minority owner of the stadium's NFL tenant, the Miami Dolphins, received special access. Instead of security intervention, photographers gathered around the couple. Preti, a 38-year-old model, actor, writer, and director from Copenhagen, was photographed kissing Williams on the cheek and pretending to kick a soccer ball for the cameras. Both were dressed in Lacoste, a brand Williams has partnered with since March 2022.
Later, Williams and Preti were seen in a luxury suite enjoying white wine. Fans on social media expressed their approval, with one commenter noting Williams's "sparkle." Many users also showed interest in learning more about Preti, who moved to Italy as a teenager to pursue acting.
Preti trained at the Susan Batson Academy in New York. He wrote, directed, and starred in the 2014 independent film "One More Day" and has appeared in Italian television productions, including the drama "A Professor" and the 2023 reality series "Temptation."
Williams and Preti first married in Italy nine months prior to the event, followed by a courthouse ceremony in Palm Beach.
In other tennis news, Williams was scheduled to play doubles at Wimbledon with her sister Serena, but Serena withdrew due to injury. Venus Williams ultimately competed in mixed doubles with Kevin Krawietz, though they were eliminated in the first round.
