Trinity Rodman, a prominent player for the Washington Spirit, reported to training on Wednesday morning, just hours after attending her boyfriend Ben Shelton's late-night US Open quarterfinal match. The match concluded at 3:33 a.m., and Rodman was scheduled to be at her team's training facility in suburban Virginia by 10:30 a.m. ET.

Despite the demanding schedule and the approximately 300-mile journey from Flushing Meadows, Rodman arrived at practice by 9:30 a.m. ET, 90 minutes before her scheduled start time. She documented her quick turnaround via a TikTok post, sharing a clip from an elevator at 4:14 a.m. and later showing herself at the training ground in her gear.

Rodman has been a consistent presence at Shelton's matches throughout the US Open tournament. She previously won a gold medal with the U.S. Women's National Team at the 2024 Paris Olympics. If Shelton advances to the final, it could create a scheduling conflict for Rodman, as his potential final on Sunday afternoon would overlap with the Washington Spirit's match against the Boston Legacy.
