Tottenham Hotspur has reportedly agreed to terms with Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye and has proposed a deal that would send Richarlison back to his former club. The transfer has not yet been fully finalized or ratified.
Discussions between Tottenham and Everton for Ndiaye began last week, following indications that Liverpool's Cody Gakpo was leaning towards a move to Manchester City, should Liverpool agree to a sale. The current negotiations involve two distinct potential transfers.
Ndiaye has rejected multiple contract offers from Everton over the past year. The Merseyside club has reportedly valued Ndiaye at £80 million. Manchester City had also expressed interest in acquiring the forward.
