Tottenham Hotspur is in discussions with Manchester City regarding a potential double transfer for forwards Savinho and Omar Marmoush. Sources indicate that negotiations are advancing, though no agreement has been finalized between the clubs.
Savinho, a 22-year-old Brazilian winger, first attracted Spurs' attention in 2025 but chose to remain at the Etihad Stadium. Last season, he made limited appearances, starting just seven Premier League matches. He joined City for a reported £30 million fee in 2024 from French club Troyes and is now reportedly open to a move.
Marmoush, who arrived at Manchester City in 2025 for a £59 million fee from Frankfurt, also found opportunities under manager Pep Guardiola limited in the 2025-26 season. The 27-year-old scored eight goals in 36 appearances across all competitions.
While Manchester City's valuation for the pair is not yet clear, the club is expected to seek a significant profit on both players. Tottenham's interest comes as manager Roberto De Zerbi aims to bolster his attacking options. The team finished 17th in the Premier League last term, scoring 48 goals in 38 games. De Zerbi has already made midfield reinforcements this summer, signing Mateus Fernandes from West Ham United and Sandro Tonali from Newcastle for a combined £185 million.
Spurs also maintain an interest in Liverpool forward Cody Gakpo, but financing such a deal alongside potential moves for Marmoush and Savinho remains uncertain. Manchester City has seen several players depart this summer, including captain Rodri, midfielder Tijjani Reijnders, and second-choice goalkeeper James Trafford.
Tottenham is scheduled to begin their Premier League campaign away at Brentford on Saturday, while Manchester City will host Bournemouth on Sunday.
