She described the itching as so severe during training that she would scratch until she bled. Biles stated that she is now managing the conditions with prescription treatments and has also helped her husband recognize his own symptoms.
Earlier in September, Biles had sparked speculation about a potential Olympic return after sharing a video of herself practicing tumbling techniques at Houston's World Champions Center. She humorously noted the difficulty of the drills, comparing the exertion to competing in a floor routine.
