Scott Jamieson captured his second DP World Tour title at the Nexo Championship, concluding a 14-year wait for victory. The 42-year-old Glaswegian shot a final round of 67 at Trump International Golf Links in Aberdeenshire to finish 11 under par.

Jamieson's previous win came in 2012, marking a significant return to the winner's circle. He finished two shots ahead of overnight leader Matthew Jordan of England, who ended at nine under par. Another Englishman, Andy Sullivan, took third place at seven under.

"Fourteen years, that's wild," Jamieson said in a post-round interview. "It's so hard to win. I was so patient all day and I just can't believe I've won."

Jamieson expressed relief at securing the win, which also provides him with valuable tour points. "I felt I was hitting the ball well and feeling good but that doesn't always translate into good results, but it did this week," he added.

Scottish golfers Euan Walker and Connor Syme tied for 10th place at four under par. Defending champion Grant Forrest struggled in the final round, posting an 80 to finish 10 over par.
