Jose Mourinho has reportedly asked Real Madrid to sign two more players this summer, prioritizing a midfield creator and a center-back. However, the club faces financial obstacles in securing their top targets, particularly Enzo Fernandez.

Real Madrid has already completed the signings of Marc Cucurella, Bernardo Silva, Ibrahima Konate, and Denzel Dumfries since Mourinho's return was confirmed. Despite these additions, the manager is seeking further reinforcements.

According to Marca, both Enzo Fernandez, currently valued at £120 million by Chelsea, and West Ham's Mateus Fernandes, with an asking price of £85 million, are on Mourinho's wishlist. Reports indicate that deals for both players are considered 'far from financially feasible' for the club.

Chelsea has not yet received an official offer from Real Madrid for the 25-year-old Argentinian international Enzo Fernandez, although they anticipate an approach. Personal terms are not expected to be an obstacle, as Fernandez is reportedly interested in a move to Madrid. His former Chelsea teammate Marc Cucurella has expressed his desire for the reunion, stating, "He's a great player and a friend of mine... I hope he's lucky and becomes a Real Madrid player."

Mateus Fernandes, a Portuguese international, has also attracted interest from Manchester United and Tottenham. Despite West Ham's relegation from the Premier League, they have set a high price for the midfielder.

As alternatives, Real Madrid is reportedly considering 18-year-old Moroccan World Cup star Ayyoub Bouaddi from Lille, available for approximately £52 million. For the center-back position, Mourinho has reportedly identified Alessandro Bastoni of Inter Milan and Nico Schlotterbeck of Borussia Dortmund as potential options.
