Michael Block, the beloved PGA teaching professional who captured golf fans' attention at the 2023 PGA Championship, has assured his supporters that his newfound success on the PGA Tour Champions circuit has not altered his personal life.

Block, who turned 50 in June, has been on an impressive run since debuting on the senior tour. Following a T-9 finish in his first event, he has achieved three Top 5 finishes in 10 more starts. His recent performance at the Simmons Bank Championship saw him tie for 10th, earning $51,000.

Amidst his continued strong play, Block addressed his personal life, stating, "I still drive the same car, live in the same house, have the same wife, I have the same kids, I still work from my phone, and you know what, it is what it is, and it hasn't changed me one iota." He expressed gratitude for the support of his home club, Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club in Orange County, California, crediting their backing for enabling his current career phase.

Since joining the PGA Tour Champions, Block has not missed a single cut and has earned over $600,000. His unique personality and candid remarks continue to make him a notable figure in professional golf.
