Liverpool has finalized the signing of French forward Bradley Barcola from Paris Saint-Germain, with the transfer fee potentially reaching up to £123 million. The initial fee is reported to be £106 million, with an additional £17 million in potential add-ons.

Barcola, 23, has signed a five-year contract with Liverpool, becoming the club's fifth new arrival this summer. He joins winger Victor Munoz and defenders Jeremy Jacquet, Ronald Araujo, and Ifeanyi Ndukwe.

"It took a long time but I'm really happy today to be able to play for Liverpool and all I want is to be on the pitch and be able to play," Barcola stated. "I hope to achieve very big things. First of all, winning the Premier League - it's one of my biggest dreams in my life. It is to do that and to stay in this team in the long term – that's why I signed a long contract – and I hope I can do it."

Pursuing Barcola was a lengthy process, as PSG initially valued the player at £145 million. His arrival signals a significant investment by Liverpool as they aim for future success, including their stated goal of winning the Premier League.
