New York Knicks head coach Mike Brown has begun adjusting his player rotation strategies in response to the team's challenging start to the season. After initially aiming for a deep rotation of 10 to 10.5 players and intending to give younger players like Pacôme Dadiet and Mo Diawara more playing time, the Knicks' 0-3 record has prompted a shift.
"We experimented with different stuff and our players not getting it done caused us to start off a little slow," Brown said. "So, to get us on track, we’re going to hold the fort down with a veteran group of guys." The coach acknowledged that the difficult early schedule contributed to the team's struggles, leading to an inefficient offense, a fatigued starting lineup, and depth issues at the center position. This has necessitated several adjustments from Brown.
