ESPN is reportedly letting go of lead baseball play-by-play announcer Karl Ravech as the company continues significant layoffs. Ravech's departure comes one day after ESPN parted ways with former NFL player and analyst Ryan Clark.

Ravech has been a fixture at ESPN for 33 years, joining the network in May 1993 as a SportsCenter anchor. Throughout his tenure, he has held various roles across different sports.

His final broadcast for the network appeared to be Monday night's game between the Philadelphia Phillies and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
