During his tenure with WWE, he held the World Heavyweight Championship, ECW Championship, and United States Championship, and won the Money in the Bank ladder match. He was also a member of Chris Jericho's Inner Circle faction in AEW.
Prior to his professional wrestling career, Hager set a single-season record for pins in the 285-pound weight class with the Oklahoma Sooners. He also competed in four bouts with Bellator, achieving a record of 3-0 with one no contest.
