Former WWE Star Mosh Praises NXT Talent, Identifies Dream Tag Team Match

Former WWE star Mosh, also known as Chaz Warrington, has voiced his admiration for the current talent pool in WWE NXT, identifying several wrestlers as future stars and even proposing a dream tag team matchup for his old tag team, The Headbangers.

Mosh, who recently discussed his Live Fortunate lifestyle brand, shared his positive experiences observing the NXT roster. "Well, the obvious is the guys on top. Kelani (Jordan) is amazing. Jaida (Parker) is amazing. Then you have Kam Hendricks, who's going to be another great superstar," he told OutKick.

He also mentioned Grayson Waller, noting his significant impact since arriving in NXT. "And then, you've got Grayson Waller, who came in and made a huge impact by calling out the locker room." Mosh specifically highlighted the tag team duo of Hank and Tank as potential opponents for The Headbangers. "Tag teams, I love Hank and Tank. If there's ever an opportunity for us, for The Headbangers, to wrestle Hank and Tank, I would absolutely love that. Birthright is a great group. They all have the wrestling gene in their blood. There's so many. You have Harlem Lewis and Harley Riggins who are in Evolve. I get the names crisscrossed. There's so many guys there that are coming up that are ready."

Mosh emphasized the positive culture and environment within NXT. "That's one of the things I love about NXT is that the culture they've built there is unbelievable and the environment is crazy great," he stated. "As soon as they start plucking people from the NXT roster and put them on the main roster, the next person steps right in and there's no lull. They step right in, they know what's coming up, and they know what's going on."

He also noted the benefit of main roster talent visiting NXT to mentor emerging stars. "And then the other part I love too is guys from the main roster still go down to NXT to work out and train. Then they get in there with these kids and they talk to them and go, ‘This is what you've got to expect when you come up here. This is kind of what you need to do to be next in line for it.’ That's one of the things that I love about it."

Recent call-ups and title reigns from NXT talent, such as Lola Vice's main roster debut and shot at the women's Money in the Bank ladder match, Sol Ruca's Intercontinental Championship reign, and Stephanie Vaquer and Giulia holding titles, underscore the effectiveness of NXT's developmental system. Je’Von Evans and Bron Breakker are also noted for their progression to the main roster.
