England has received a significant boost ahead of their World Cup quarter-final match against Norway, with Declan Rice, Marc Guehi, and Reece James all participating in recent training sessions. Rice has recovered from an unspecified illness and rejoined his teammates after a period of isolation. Guehi has overcome a hamstring concern that kept him out of a previous session.

Guehi sustained the minor hamstring injury during England's 3-2 victory over Mexico on Sunday. He was absent from Thursday's training in Kansas City but trained on Friday in Fort Lauderdale and is expected to be available for Saturday's match at Miami Stadium.

Rice, who had been managing hamstring and back pain throughout the tournament, was also present at the Inter Miami training facility. Despite feeling unwell earlier in the week, he has declared himself available as England aims for a place in the semi-finals.

Reece James also trained with the squad after recovering from his own hamstring issue. However, after two weeks sidelined, it remains uncertain if he will be ready to start against Norway.
