Three Championship clubs are reportedly interested in signing Manchester City striker Divin Mubama. Middlesbrough, Derby County, and Preston North End are targeting the 21-year-old England Under-21 international.
Mubama joined Manchester City from West Ham in 2024 for a reported fee of £2 million. He spent last season on loan at Stoke City, where he scored five goals before his campaign was cut short in January due to injury. Mubama sustained ankle ligament damage during a match against QPR, an injury that initially made him fear a broken leg.
He has since recovered and is fit again. Derby County has already held discussions with Mubama, though no decision has been made by the player or Manchester City regarding his future. Middlesbrough and Preston have also formally approached Manchester City. The competition for Mubama's signature could intensify as more clubs may express interest.
