Indiana Fever center Aliyah Boston addressed a viral moment involving teammate Caitlin Clark and Atlanta Dream forward Angel Reese during a recent "Post Moves" podcast episode co-hosted with Candace Parker.

The incident occurred during the Indiana Fever's overtime win against the Atlanta Dream on August 16, 2026. As Reese reacted to a missed game-winning layup in the final seconds of regulation, cameras captured Clark smiling in the background.

The footage quickly became a viral meme on social media, adding another layer to the ongoing public attention surrounding Clark and Reese, whose rivalry dates back to the 2023 national championship game.

During the podcast, Parker brought up the moment, asking Boston about Clark's reaction. "In real time you see nothing but we [the Fever] saw it after and I was like, ‘Here we go,’" Boston said.

Boston shared her perspective on the online reaction, stating, "No ‘cause like, we just—peace, love and happiness. We will never be free!"

Parker also commented on the frequency of viral moments involving the Fever this season, referencing incidents such as Sophie Cunningham's pointing gesture and Paige Bueckers' interaction with Clark. She noted that Reese has also experienced meme-worthy moments.

"I would have been like Paige, too," Parker added. "I’d have been like, ‘Calm down. I’m trying to foul you.’"

Boston, however, expressed skepticism about the effectiveness of telling someone to calm down, stating, "No, I don’t care."

The Atlanta Dream have since won four consecutive games, securing a postseason berth. The Indiana Fever recently defeated the Chicago Sky in a game that set viewership records. The Fever are scheduled to play the Connecticut Sun at home on Friday.
