A man who identified himself as a former child prodigy claims he was recruited into a secret program that aimed to develop psychic abilities for military and UFO-related purposes. Jordan Jozak stated in an interview on the American Alchemy podcast that he was removed from public school and transferred to a specialized facility in western New York.
According to Jozak, the program involved experiments in remote viewing, altered states of consciousness, and attempts to control technology using the mind. He alleges that the objective was to identify children with unusual cognitive abilities and train them for classified roles.
Jozak recounted that his involvement began around 2004 and 2005 when he was identified through his school's gifted education program in Springville, New York. He described psychologists taking an interest in his ability to visualize information and solve academic tasks in unconventional ways, noting his advanced spelling capabilities.
He stated that initial interactions involved psychologists pulling him from class for extended periods. Jozak claims he was told he had a unique brain that others would not understand. The situation escalated around age 12 when, he alleges, his parents were informed he was psychologically unstable and needed to leave the public school system. Jozak disputed this, stating he was well and that school district representatives intervened when he refused to attend.
Jozak stated he was subsequently enrolled in a program operated by Baker Victory Services, an organization in New York that provided services for children with developmental, behavioral, and mental health needs. He clarified that while Baker Victory Services is a legitimate organization, the specific facility and its purpose were problematic.
He described the facility as a highly controlled environment where he attended classes for a few days a week, with the remaining days dedicated to working with psychologists, researchers, and psychiatrists. Jozak alleged that researchers taught him techniques similar to remote viewing, a practice where individuals attempt to gather information about distant subjects through mental concentration.
He also described undergoing training designed to induce deep meditative states with audio stimulation aimed at altering brain activity. Jozak claims researchers monitored his brain waves and encouraged him to repeat mental exercises to produce specific neurological patterns. This training, he believes, was intended to foster abilities for intelligence gathering, advanced technology programs, and UFO research. He suggested that researchers theorized some UFOs or other advanced vehicles might be operated through consciousness rather than conventional controls.
Jozak alleged that he was instructed to enter meditative states, sometimes with sedatives, to shift his consciousness into specific objects or vehicles, and then mentally manipulate them. He claimed researchers aimed to replicate the brainwave signals he emitted by developing a brain-computer interface. He also described a mysterious crystal orb, referred to by researchers as a "relic," which he claimed reacted to his presence and became central to his training.
Jozak stated he has provided details, including names and locations, to members of the intelligence community and government officials. These claims, which have not been independently verified, have surfaced amid a growing number of whistleblower accounts related to UFOs and consciousness. Some former students of gifted programs have online suggested connections to the CIA's Gateway Program, which explored human consciousness using various techniques. A document released by the CIA in January 1985 discussed the potential of young individuals exhibiting extraordinary physical feats and psychic abilities.
Jozak's memories of these alleged experiments reportedly resurfaced in 2023 through flashbacks and nightmares, years after the experiences concluded. He maintains the veracity of his claims, suggesting they explain the traumatic memories he has experienced decades later.
