Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil's girlfriend, Rain Hannah Andreani, was arrested on domestic assault charges over the weekend in Tennessee, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by TMZ.

Authorities claim Andreani, 45, allegedly threw items at Neil, including a plate that struck him in the neck, and ripped his shirt, leaving scratches on his chest. The affidavit states that Neil then allegedly pulled Andreani to the ground by her hair, prompting her to attempt to kick him in the testicles multiple times.

Andreani was taken into custody on Sunday, November 1, in connection with the alleged assault at Neil's home. She was released on a $5,000 bond on Monday and is scheduled to appear in court on December 3, 2026. The conflict reportedly occurred after an argument between the couple.

Andreani also allegedly told police that Neil had punched her in the face, but authorities stated they did not observe visible injuries to support her claim. Representatives for Neil and the Williamson County Sheriff's Office have not yet commented.

The couple had reportedly split in May 2025 after 15 years together but rekindled their relationship in June of that year. Neil, 65, has faced his own health challenges, including a stroke in December 2024 that initially cast doubt on his ability to perform. Despite this, he returned to the stage for Motley Crue's Las Vegas residency. In February 2025, Andreani was involved in a serious plane crash on Neil's private jet, which resulted in the pilot's death.
