Amy Childs has revealed her significant weight gain journey, sharing before-and-after photos that illustrate her efforts to return to a healthy weight after experiencing dramatic fluctuations. The 36-year-old reality television personality attributed some of her past weight loss to "skinny jabs" and admitted that worry over her mother's health contributed to her plummeting to 7 stone.

Childs, who recently married Billy Delbosq, discussed her past "yo-yo dieting" and its impact on her body confidence. She has since partnered with nutritionist and trainer Jon Kirk to regain weight and strengthen her body. In a recent social media post, Childs presented comparison bikini snaps, acknowledging she still has progress to make but is focused on her current physique after Jon's assistance.

"I have still got a long way to go with putting weight on and building the physique I want," Childs stated. "The lead-up to the wedding was stressful, and I definitely felt it... But honestly, working with @jonkirk_lastdiet has been one of the best investments I've made. Jon has taught me so much about nutrition, fitness and fuelling my body properly!!"

She emphasized a shift in focus from dieting and the scales to overall health, strength, and performance. Childs reflected on her wedding day, sharing bikini photos and noting how far she has come. She credited Jon for keeping her accountable and challenging her, stating that the results make her happy and that the goal is to feel healthy, happy, and confident.

Previously, Childs shared her candid thoughts on dieting, admitting she had been dieting incorrectly and not managing her nutrition or energy levels effectively. She described being stuck in a cycle of under-fueling, stress, weight loss, and subsequent regain. Working with Jon, she learned about the multifaceted nature of health beyond simply "eat less, move more," including mindset and real-life integration. This approach has improved her diet, increased her strength, and positively impacted her body and skin.

Childs also disclosed that prior to her current journey, she tried "skinny jabs" for a couple of weeks, attempting a quick fix for baby weight while training and eating healthy. However, she reported feeling "so ill" from the experience. She is mother to Polly, nine, Ritchie, eight, and twins Milly and Billy, three.
