She explained that he helps her take care of herself with the same love he demonstrated during his life. Clarke is not currently seeking new romantic relationships, emphasizing the ongoing presence and support she feels from MacGowan.
Clarke was speaking ahead of the launch of "20th Century Paddy: The Songs Of Shane MacGowan," an album featuring other musicians performing MacGowan's songs. Johnny Depp appears on the new album.
Clarke described MacGowan as a "sweet and gentle person." She noted that life has changed significantly since his passing, but she is committed to remaining strong.
