Actress Sydney Sweeney has arrived in Venice for the 83rd Venice International Film Festival, immediately engaging in an impromptu photoshoot aboard a water taxi. Sweeney, who is attending in her capacity as a global ambassador for Armani Beauty, the festival's official sponsor, was seen wearing a white mini dress.
While Sweeney does not have film projects to promote at this year's festival, she is expected to attend red carpet events and parties. The festival, which began on Wednesday with the premiere of Danny Boyle's "Ink," is scheduled to conclude on September 12 with the Italian costume drama "Dio Ride."
Notable attendees anticipated at the festival include Noel and Liam Gallagher, Rooney and Kate Mara, Robert Pattinson, Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem, Pamela Anderson, Sam Rockwell, John Malkovich, Louis Garrel, Cho Yeo-jeong, and Ellen Burstyn, who will receive a lifetime achievement award.
Sweeney celebrated her 28th birthday earlier in the week. She was previously seen in Los Angeles with Scooter Braun, her boyfriend since September 2025. The couple were accompanied by Braun's three children from his previous marriage. Sweeney and Braun reportedly met at a wedding in Venice in June of the previous year.
