Nicola Peltz Beckham and her husband Brooklyn Beckham attended the Deauville Film Festival in France on Tuesday to honor veteran actress Faye Dunaway, who was presented with the Icon Award. The appearance followed closely on the heels of the couple's presence at the Venice Film Festival over the weekend, where Peltz received a Rising Star award.

On the Deauville red carpet, Peltz wore a white frilled gown, while Beckham accompanied her. The pair also posed with Dunaway, who was recognized for her extensive film career, including roles in "Bonnie and Clyde" and "Network."

Peltz and Dunaway, who co-starred in the film "Prima," were photographed together at a photocall earlier in the day, with Peltz opting for a cream dress for that occasion.

Dunaway, dressed in a black trouser suit, was honored for her contributions to cinema. She shared that the best advice she had received was the Shakespearean line, "To thine own self be true."

Earlier, Peltz was honored with the Rising Star award at the Kineo Awards during the Venice Film Festival. Her father, Nelson Peltz, mother Claudia, and brother Bradley were present for the ceremony. Peltz expressed her gratitude, stating, "Thank you so much for this immense honor. To receive an award at the Venice Film Festival is something I will carry with me for the rest of my career."

She dedicated the award to her family and credited their support for her career achievements. Peltz also acknowledged Dunaway, calling her an inspiration and an incredible person to learn from.

Peltz began her acting career in "Deck the Halls" in 2006 and has since appeared in "The Last Airbender" and "Transformers: Age of Extinction." More recently, she has focused on writing and producing films through her label, Bunny Films, named after her late grandmother and partly financed by her father. Her last film, "Lola," had limited distribution and a low box office return.

Peltz has been married to Brooklyn Beckham, son of David and Victoria Beckham, since April 2022. She has been working on her independent drama "Prima," which also stars Dunaway, Jack Huston, Mira Sorvino, and Betty Gabriel. The film, directed by the Morelli Brothers, does not yet have a release date.

"Prima" follows a prima ballerina navigating life-altering decisions amidst changes in her ballet company. Peltz underwent four months of intensive ballerina training for the role, which led to a significant weight loss. Her husband, Brooklyn Beckham, recently defended her against online criticism regarding her appearance, emphasizing that women's bodies should not be commented upon.
