Millie Bobby Brown Celebrates Wedding Anniversary, Welcomes Second Child Via Adoption

Millie Bobby Brown, 22, marked her second wedding anniversary with Jake Bongiovi by sharing a new family photograph featuring their two children. The couple confirmed last week that they had welcomed a second child via adoption, a son.

Brown posted a photo of the family walking in what appeared to be lavish grounds, with the caption: "two years married. oh, how you have changed my life, j. i love love love you! here's to always marching to the beat of our own drum."

The actress also shared on Instagram that their new baby is a boy, writing "hi little guy!" The family photo included a glimpse of their daughter, whose presence was indicated by an arm at the bottom of the frame. Brown was seen wearing a ring on her left hand with the diamond letters "Mom."

This new addition follows the adoption of their first child, a daughter, in August 2025. At the time, the couple announced, "This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption. We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy. And then there were three. Love, Millie and Jake Bongiovi."

Brown has previously expressed a lifelong desire to adopt. In a June appearance on Kylie Kelce's podcast, she recalled that adopting was part of her childhood dreams, noting that her own baby dolls were all adopted. She also clarified her future plans, stating that she hopes to carry her own biological child someday.

Brown and Bongiovi began dating in 2021 and announced their engagement in April 2023. They married in May 2024 during a ceremony at Villa Cetinale in Tuscany, Italy.

During a March 2025 appearance on the Smartless podcast, Brown spoke about her desire for a large family, acknowledging her youth but emphasizing her strong maternal aspirations, influenced by her own mother and grandmother. She stated that starting a family was important to her, with Bongiovi's condition being that they wait until they were married.
