Actress Maddison Brown married actor Simon Mead over the weekend in a ceremony held in Queenstown, New Zealand. Brown, 29, announced the marriage on social media Sunday, sharing photos of the event. She wore a white wedding gown, and Mead appeared in a tuxedo.
Brown captioned the photos with "I do, forever." Several celebrity friends offered congratulations in the comments.
The wedding follows a challenging year for Brown, who co-founded the beauty and skincare business Outside Beauty & Skincare with her sister in 2023. In October, Brown shared on Instagram that she was experiencing burnout from running the business, stating that the workload had become difficult despite her efforts to remain resilient.
Brown, originally from Melbourne, spent a decade in the United States, appearing in productions such as "Dynasty" and the film "Strangerland." She returned to Australia in 2024 and joined the cast of "Home and Away" as Jo Langham. In 2019, she was reportedly seen kissing Liam Hemsworth in New York.
