Kylie Jenner is preparing to move into her newly renovated mega-mansion in Calabasas, California, six years after purchasing the property for $15 million. Jaw-dropping aerial images showcase the sprawling estate, which appears to be nearing completion with landscaping largely finished.
Jenner purchased the home in 2020 from Miley Cyrus and has since undertaken extensive renovations. She gave a glimpse of the ongoing work in a YouTube video two months ago, referring to it as her "dream home" and "beautiful dream Italian home."
The entrance to the mansion is adorned with reclaimed cobblestone, framed by olive trees and lavender. According to a report from The Sun, Jenner invested $500,000 in olive trees for the property, inspired by similar trees her sister Kendall Jenner had removed from one of her homes.
Previously, Jenner shared glimpses of interior progress, including an unfinished laundry room and a marble shower with a built-in bench.
The nearly completed residence is situated on a four-acre lot and was designed by architect Richard Landry. The modern farmhouse-style home is expected to feature a 12-car underground garage, a bunker, 15 bedrooms, a sports court, and a large swimming pool.
Jenner currently resides in a $36 million mansion in Hidden Hills, also within the Calabasas area. She is reportedly dating actor Timothée Chalamet.
