Kylie Jenner has publicly responded to ongoing speculation that she and boyfriend Timothée Chalamet are expecting a child. Jenner, who already has two children with ex-partner Travis Scott, Stormi and Aire, addressed the rumors on the "Better Half" podcast hosted by her friends Victoria Villarroel and Anastasia Karanikolaou.
"I think that I'm so used to people creating their own narrative that I actually have to just laugh about it and I really don't care, because I just assume people will figure it out eventually, which is what they always do," Jenner said. "People think I'm pregnant right now... and I'm like: 'Well, I'm not gonna address everything, 'cause it's like, I'm gonna be in a bikini somewhere or I'm gonna be out and the rumors will be squashed.'"
Jenner stated that she doesn't feel the need to comment on every piece of conjecture, adding, "I'm just like: 'Well, it is what it is.' I can't comment on everything so I just laugh about it and join in on the party."
Earlier comments about the possibility of expanding her family were made on her sister Khloe Kardashian's show "The Girls." During a FaceTime conversation, Jenner indicated that surrogacy was "99.9 percent sure" off the table, citing her positive experiences with her own pregnancies.
The couple has recently faced public scrutiny over their fashion choices at the wedding of Jordyn Woods, who is now married to Karl-Anthony Towns. Chalamet was criticized for a rumpled checked shirt, while Jenner faced accusations of upstaging the bride with a revealing black dress.
Jenner and Chalamet made their relationship public in September 2023 at a Beyoncé concert. Jenner was a notable presence at Chalamet's side during the awards season campaign for his film "Marty Supreme." Chalamet was an early favorite for best actor but ultimately lost to Michael B.
