Keira Maguire unveiled a new appearance on Friday following a day of beauty treatments in Brisbane. The former star of The Bachelor, 40, is slated to appear in the upcoming season of Traitors Australia.

Maguire was seen wearing a fitted blue activewear set. Her features included a fuller lip, a departure from her earlier appearances on the matchmaking series in 2016. The ensemble consisted of a cropped, long-sleeve workout shirt and high-waisted leggings. She accessorized with a black Gucci bag and platform black slides.

Following her appointments, Maguire shared on Instagram that she had undergone hair bleaching and styling at Blonde Specialist and received brow treatments at Brisbane Brows & Lashes. She also had micro-needling and a steam facial at the same salon.

In a 2024 interview with the Daily Mail, Maguire detailed a range of cosmetic procedures she has undergone. Her treatments have included fractional lasers, Botox, fillers, and Rejuran, a salmon sperm injection. She stated she began laser and injectable treatments in her twenties, initially to address acne scarring.

Maguire explained that some early treatments unintentionally diminished her natural collagen, leading her to seek further procedures to correct the effects. She has undergone fractional laser treatments, which use a device to divide laser beams into microscopic zones to treat sun-damaged and aging skin. She also received RF fractional laser treatments in early 2024, which she said affected the collagen in her cheeks, necessitating filler injections to restore volume.

She first received lip fillers at age 25 and began Botox treatments at age 30, initially for her jawline to slim her face. Maguire noted that while some observers attribute her appearance to extensive filler, she asserts that her features are primarily the result of lasers and Botox, with minimal filler used on her lips and lower cheeks.

She later revealed on Instagram she had just had her hair bleached and styled at Blonde Specialist, before getting her brows done at Brisbane Brows & Lashes

Maguire has also undergone Profhilo, described as a 'bioremodelling' injectable, and Rejuran. She expressed a strong preference for Rejuran, calling it the best treatment she has had and suggesting it could eventually replace fillers.

Maguire has been open about her procedures on social media, though she has faced criticism regarding her appearance, with many commenters suggesting she has excessive filler. She maintains that she does not use significant filler and would be transparent if she did, stating that she believes her current features are not due to excessive cosmetic work.

Maguire gained prominence on Richie Strahan's season of The Bachelor in 2016. She subsequently appeared on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! and Bachelor in Paradise in 2017, where she met Jarrod Woodgate. The couple's relationship lasted approximately two years before they separated in late 2019.
