Katie Price has revealed she has undergone another secret breast augmentation surgery, showcasing the results to her children, Junior and Princess, in a forthcoming episode of her daughter's reality series. The television personality, 48, shared the news during a Facetime call with her children, as seen in a teaser for the third season of "The Princess Diaries."

Princess inquired about their plans for horse riding, to which Price responded, "When my boobs have healed." Upon hearing this, Princess exclaimed, "You've had them done again!" As Price lifted her hoodie to display her surgically enhanced chest, Junior appeared uncomfortable, looking away and remarking, "They are bouncing around the camera mate."

Price noted that one breast was slightly larger than the other, stating, "One is bigger than the other at the minute." Princess observed the difference, adding, "Flipping hell, it is bigger than the other isn't it?" She then commented on the appearance, "They look good though! Flipping heck, they are going to pop!"

Price was previously restricted from appearing in the first season of "The Princess Diaries," but this decision has been reversed for the new season. This development follows recent revelations by Princess and Junior about getting matching tattoos that pay tribute to their father, Peter Andre. The siblings admitted to feeling "neglected" by their mother at times, choosing the word "unconditional" for their tattoos, inspired by a song Peter Andre wrote for their older brother, Harvey.

Speaking at the ITV2 Reality Showcase, Junior explained that the tattoos signify their "love and unity" as a family. He noted that their mother's Sky documentary had put them in an "awkward position" by detailing childhood challenges. Junior further elaborated on the tattoo's meaning, explaining that their father wrote a song with the word "unconditional," which was a tribute to Harvey, who is not his biological son but whom he raised. "It's something like 'becoming a father before I became a dad,'" Princess recalled from the song's lyrics, highlighting the theme of fatherhood and family bonding.
