Kate Cassidy is undergoing tattoo removal, including a "444" design on her hand that was a tribute to her late boyfriend, Liam Payne. Cassidy shared the process on her Instagram Story, revealing that she is having some tattoos removed because they were "done poorly" and she "will be getting redone eventually."

The "444" tattoo on her hand was reportedly done about two years ago, and the numbers were considered the couple's "angel number" representing "love and support." Cassidy has other tattoos honoring Payne, such as angel wings, the number four on her ring finger, "LP" on her wrist, and a rose on her thumb.

Payne, a former member of the band One Direction, died in October 2024 at the age of 31. He fell from a third-floor balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, after reportedly being locked in his hotel room while under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Cassidy, an influencer, previously told Page Six that she spent two months processing her grief and pain following Payne's death before she could begin to "live my life" and "accept" the tragedy. The couple had been together for two years prior to his fatal accident.
