Helen Flanagan has described a "furious altercation" with a traffic warden that left her daughter fearing police involvement. The incident occurred while Flanagan was using a courtesy car and mistakenly entered a zero instead of an 'O' when paying for parking in Manchester.

Flanagan recounted the encounter on TikTok, expressing her frustration. "I paid for my car park but because it's a courtesy car, instead of putting an 'O', I put a zero," she explained. She saw a traffic warden approaching her car with a ticket and told the warden she had already paid.

"I am due my period so like hell hath no fury if you get my wrath! Wow," Flanagan stated, becoming visibly agitated. Her daughter, overhearing the exchange, became upset and expressed a fear of being taken away by the police.

Flanagan, a former Coronation Street star, joked that she might face arrest. She told the camera, "She thinks I’m going to get arrested. Mummy might actually." She also recounted confronting the warden, saying, "you are the most horrible man I’ve ever met. Karma for you!" Flanagan felt the warden was aware of her mistake but issued a ticket nonetheless, stating, "he got my absolute wrath! And he deserved it!"

This incident follows a period where Flanagan was banned from driving for six months in January 2025. At the time, she informed the court that her then-boyfriend was driving her Audi Q7 when it was caught speeding twice. Despite financial concerns about affording taxis for her children, she was still disqualified from driving.

In recent weeks, Flanagan has also shared details of a girls' trip to Manchester, including holiday snaps on Instagram.
