Supermodel Claudia Schiffer, 56, has appeared topless in a new festive campaign for the luxury French fashion house Chloé. The striking images, shot by photographer David Sims, capture Schiffer with her blonde hair and gold chains obscuring her modesty as she stares sultrily into the camera.
In the campaign, which aims to embody a "cinematic aura that feels spontaneous, sensual and a little mysterious," Schiffer models various looks from the collection. One image features her lounging on a chaise lounge in a champagne-colored satin slip dress. Another shows her in a ruffled white ensemble, while a different shot presents her in business-chic attire with a black blazer. The collection also includes an embellished black and silver co-ord set with a matching jacket, and an ensemble featuring voluminous salmon pink fabric.
Chloé's creative director, Chemena Kamali, stated that she wanted to explore a "nocturnal expression of the Chloé woman" and that Schiffer brings this vision to life with her "natural presence, distinctive character and enduring allure."
The collection is set to be available from early November. Schiffer, who is described as a "friend of the house," previously attended Chloé's Paris Fashion Week show last month, where she wore a plunging white blazer and matching trousers over a sheer white lace bodysuit.
Beyond her modeling career, Schiffer has also had acting roles, including a cameo in the 2001 film Zoolander and a role in the 2003 film Love Actually. While she has not entirely retired from modeling and acting, Schiffer has spoken about prioritizing her family in recent years. She married British film-maker Matthew Vaughn in 2002 and they have three children. Schiffer has expressed that maintaining a balance to spend quality time with her family is more important to her than taking on numerous projects.
