Erin Holland, a Channel Seven sports presenter, shared a series of photographs on Instagram on Thursday evening, revealing her baby bump as she anticipates the arrival of her first child with cricketer Ben Cutting.
The 37-year-old posed for a collection of black-and-white images on a Gold Coast beach, capturing her pregnant glow. Holland captioned the post with a heartfelt message about her journey to parenthood. "You’ve already taught me more about life than I could ever dream of teaching you, little one," she wrote. "Counting down the days till we meet you…"
Holland announced her pregnancy in May, following a lengthy struggle with fertility. She previously shared with Stellar magazine the emotional impact of finally receiving the news after undergoing extensive fertility treatments. "After 20 rounds of IVF, I'm pregnant, it feels so weird to say out loud," she stated, detailing the difficulties she faced, including 20 rounds of IVF, five egg collections, seven transfers, four miscarriages, an ectopic pregnancy, and chemotherapy. "I've injected myself thousands of times," she revealed.
At 23 weeks pregnant, Holland described the experience as surreal after years of disappointment. "It still kind of feels like I haven't gotten into the club yet," she said. "I know nothing is promised in fertility."
Discussing parenting arrangements with her husband, Ben Cutting, who is often based in a different city for his cricket career, Holland acknowledged the challenges of their long-distance relationship. She expressed confidence in Cutting's ability to be a hands-on parent, noting his experience within a family-oriented sports environment. "I know he's going to be a fantastic, really hands-on parent," she said.
Holland's photoshoot received praise from fans and friends, including Olympian Shayna Jack.
