Christine McGuinness embraced London Pride on Saturday, advocating for "more love, and less labels" as she celebrated in a striking white dress and rainbow heels. The 38-year-old star, who has recently spoken openly about her sexuality, shared her message on Instagram following rumors of a growing closeness with boxer Nicola Adams.

"Happy Pride everyone!" McGuinness wrote, accompanying her post with images from the festivities. "More love, Less labels. Open hearts, Open doors."

McGuinness's public acknowledgment of her sexuality follows her 2022 split from husband Paddy McGuinness. The couple share three children: twins Leo and Penelope, aged 12, and nine-year-old Felicity.

Rumors of a romance between McGuinness and Nicola Adams, an Olympic gold medalist, emerged in April after they attended The DIVA Awards 2026. However, Adams recently shared a cryptic post on TikTok, detailing "toughest few weeks" and lessons learned about loyalty and support. She described experiencing difficult times that revealed "who is truly in your corner" and emphasized the strength found in opening up rather than suffering in silence.

Adams's post also comes after her reported seven-year relationship with Ella Baig ended.

In a recent interview on the LGBTQ+ podcast "It Started With A Kiss," McGuinness described herself as a "five-star lesbian" and expressed a desire to find a wife. She detailed her preference for a "double life," maintaining separate spheres for her family and her life in London where she can "work, have fun, [and] sleep in."

McGuinness elaborated on her dating experiences, noting a tendency to let women she dates know about her situation early on. She also shared a humorous anecdote about encountering a "Gold Star Lesbian" (a term for a lesbian who has not had romantic or sexual experiences with men) and her own self-classification as a "Five Star Lesbian," emphasizing her approach to intimacy and new experiences.

"I just think that each to their own and everything," she stated regarding differing experiences within the lesbian community. "So I was the giver for the evening and the morning, and I kept myself to myself."

McGuinness further commented on her experiences, particularly with more masculine-presenting women, observing a pattern where she tends to be more active in intimacy, while her partners are "pillow princesses."
