Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz departed the Venice Film Festival on Sunday, following Peltz's receipt of the Rising Star Award the previous evening. Peltz, 31, was honored on the red carpet on Saturday, with Beckham, 27, by her side.

Nicola Peltz opted for a casual ensemble of a white T-shirt and low-rise denim jeans for their departure, while Brooklyn Beckham wore green joggers and a baseball cap. The couple had spent a weekend in Venice celebrating Peltz's award.

During her acceptance speech, Peltz thanked her husband and family, stating they were the reason she could achieve her goals. Her father, businessman Nelson Peltz, mother Claudia, and brother Bradley were present for the ceremony. Nelson Peltz was observed fanning himself in the high temperatures during the wait for the event to begin.

"Thank you so much for this immense honor. To receive an award at the Venice Film Festival is something I will carry with me for the rest of my career," Peltz said. She also acknowledged her co-star Faye Dunaway, who received a lifetime achievement award at the same ceremony, calling her an inspiration.

Peltz's recent work includes the indie drama "Prima," which she has been developing since January. The film also features Dunaway, Jack Huston, Mira Sorvino, and Betty Gabriel. Directed by the Morelli Brothers, "Prima" follows Peltz as Margo, a prima ballerina facing significant life changes as modern elements impact her ballet company. The film has not yet set an official release date.

The actress's preparation for her role in "Prima" involved four months of intensive ballerina training, during which she lost significant weight, dropping to under 100 pounds. This drastic weight loss drew concern from some, leading Brooklyn Beckham to defend his wife online. In a comment on one of his Instagram posts, Beckham responded to a follower who commented on Peltz's appearance, stating, "Don't ever talk about my wife. She's absolutely beautiful and you should never comment on a woman's body. It's disgraceful."

Peltz began her acting career in 2006 at age 11 and has appeared in films such as "The Last Airbender" and "Transformers: The Age of Extinction." More recently, she has been involved in writing and producing films through her label, Bunny Films, named after her late grandmother. Her father, Nelson Peltz, has provided some financial backing for the venture. Her last film, "Lola," had limited distribution and a low box office performance.

Peltz married Brooklyn Beckham, son of David and Victoria Beckham, in April 2022. The couple has been navigating a family dynamic that has reportedly led to estrangement between Brooklyn and his family, which he has attributed to attempts to separate him from his wife.
