Victoria Beckham Holdings, encompassing both fashion and beauty lines, has reported an operating profit of £7.3 million for the fiscal year ending December 2025. This financial turnaround is largely attributed to the success of the brand's £104 foundation, which sold out rapidly upon its release in 2025, accumulating a waitlist of 25,000 customers. The foundation launch more than doubled the size of the company's skincare business.
Revenue for the period increased by 15 percent to £129.8 million, up from £112.7 million in 2024. This marks the fifth consecutive year of double-digit revenue growth for the company. In the preceding year, Victoria Beckham Holdings operated at a revenue loss of £1.6 million.
In a Netflix documentary released in October 2025, Beckham, 52, openly discussed past financial anxieties, recalling a period where her fashion label faced losses of £66 million and she feared it would fail. She described feeling like a "fire fighter" and being "tens of millions in the red" during difficult times. The brand, launched in 2008, previously relied on financial support from her husband, David Beckham.
David Beckham recounted the challenges, noting that Victoria's pride made it difficult for her to seek financial assistance. He recalled the early days when Victoria was financially more established, having purchased their first home. The need for her to ask for additional investment in the business was a trying time for both, especially as his own financial capacity became a constraint.
Victoria Beckham expressed the desperation she felt to save the business, stating, "I was losing my business. I needed outside investment. I needed someone to help me." In 2017, David Belhassen's Neo Investments provided a £30 million injection into the company.
Recent business developments include the opening of the brand's first fashion store in the U.S. at Bal Harbour Shops, which ran as an exclusive pop-up from May to October. A New York store, designed to integrate fashion, beauty, and fragrance, is slated to open in September. Additionally, in April, the brand collaborated with Gap on a collection that reimagined the company's classic staples through Victoria Beckham's design aesthetic.
