Tammy Hembrow's four-bedroom, four-bathroom mansion on the Gold Coast is scheduled to go under the hammer on September 25. The property is situated on the Nerang River in the Broadbeach Waters area.
The double-storey residence, described in real estate advertisements as exuding "timeless charm," features a porte-cochere, Pencil Pines, and Canary Island Date Palms. Additional highlights include an oversized kitchen, an open-plan lounge and dining area, a swimming pool, and a boat ramp.
Hembrow acquired the 979-square-metre property in June 2020 for $2.8 million. While a price guide has not yet been released, the median price for properties in the vicinity is approximately $2,540,000.
This property sale follows recent social media activity involving Hembrow and her boyfriend, Grayson Te Moana. Te Moana shared a TikTok video in August featuring Hembrow completing a waiver form on her phone, which included a question about pregnancy. Hembrow, who has three children, selected an option indicating she was in her first trimester. Te Moana later captioned the post, "Fun waiver joke," suggesting the post was intended as "ragebait."
Hembrow has three children: son Wolf, 11, and daughter Saskia, nine, with ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins, and daughter Posy, four, with ex-fiancé Matt Poole. She began dating Te Moana in early 2026, with their relationship publicly confirmed in February.
