Proskauer Rose, a law firm that has been an anchor tenant at 11 Times Square since 2010, has expanded its presence in the Midtown Manhattan tower by adding two more floors.
This expansion, which includes a lease renewal, brings the firm's total occupancy at the 1.1 million-square-foot building to 478,000 square feet. The tower is located at the intersection of Eighth Avenue and West 42nd Street.
Cushman & Wakefield's Mark S. Weiss, Jon Herman, and Mike Middleton represented Proskauer Rose in the transaction. Paul Amrich of CBRE represented the landlord, SJP.
11 Times Square is currently approximately 93% leased. Other notable tenants in the building include Microsoft, Ducera, and Moore Capital.
