Model Noelle Leyva has filed for a restraining order against fitness influencer Bradley Martyn, alleging he assaulted her at a Los Angeles Halloween party on October 29. Leyva claims Martyn verbally abused and physically pushed her, causing her to fall to the ground.
Leyva, who has a significant social media following, stated in her application for a civil harassment restraining order that the incident occurred after she was called over to speak with a woman at the party. She alleges Martyn, upon seeing her, shouted a profanity and struck her across the chest before shoving her.
While Leyva reported no visible injuries, she expressed fear and anxiety for her safety. She also alleged that Martyn has harbored a grudge against her since a business partnership between them failed in 2023, claiming he had previously expressed wishes for her death.
Leyva's boyfriend, Colin Hughes, submitted a sworn statement corroborating her account, describing the shove as forceful and alarming given the significant size difference between Martyn and Leyva. Leyva is requesting that Martyn be ordered to stay at least 50 yards away from her and refrain from posting negative comments about her on social media.
Martyn has vehemently denied the allegations. His attorney, Charles Lew, stated that multiple witnesses will support Martyn's version of events and characterized Leyva's claims as an attempt to extort money from his client.
Leyva recounted meeting Martyn approximately five years ago, stating that he promised to help her gain fame and wealth through a business venture. She stated she withdrew from the partnership in 2023, and Martyn subsequently filed a lawsuit against her, which he later dismissed.
