Victoria's Secret model Martha Hunt has listed her 1,702-square-foot condominium in New York City's Tribeca neighborhood for $3.75 million. The property features two bedrooms and three full bathrooms, along with an open-concept marble kitchen.
The primary bedroom is described as "massive" and includes limewash walls, a custom walk-in closet, and a separate seating area. The ensuite marble bathroom is equipped with a dual vanity, radiant heated flooring, and a deep soaking tub. The kitchen features high-end appliances, two ovens, and ample cabinet space. The listing also notes an abundance of natural light, electric shades, generous closet space, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
The building is situated on a "private cobblestone alleyway" and offers amenities such as a full-time doorman and concierge, a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a playroom.
Hunt purchased the 1,702-square-foot apartment in 2017 for $3.45 million. She is reportedly seeking a larger residence for herself, her husband, photographer Jason McDonald, and their four-year-old daughter, Emery.
Designer Giancarlo Valle collaborated with Hunt on the apartment's interior shortly after her purchase. Hunt had previously expressed to Architectural Digest that the apartment was one of the first places she truly felt at home after years of frequent travel for her modeling career.
Hunt, 37, made her modeling debut in 2007 and has since appeared on the covers of numerous international fashion magazines. She has walked in over 180 fashion shows for prominent brands including Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, and Louis Vuitton.
