Dermal Therapy, the Australian pharmacy and supermarket brand popular for its viral $6 lip balm, has launched a new skincare product called After-Hours Cleansing Balm. The new cleanser, priced at $17.39 at Chemist Warehouse, is already receiving positive reviews from shoppers.

The brand's Original Lip Balm gained significant traction on TikTok as a more affordable alternative to Hailey Bieber's Rhode Peptide Lip Treatment. It reportedly sells one unit every nine seconds.

After-Hours Cleansing Balm is formulated as a rich, nourishing evening cleanser designed to remove makeup, sunscreen, and pollutants while hydrating the skin. Its ingredient list includes hyaluronic acid, six ceramides, collagen, peptides, urea, and antioxidant vitamins B5, C, E, and F. The balm transforms into a silky oil texture upon application, aiming to dissolve impurities without stripping the skin.

According to the product description, the cleanser works to hydrate, support the skin barrier, and renew the skin. It is clinically tested and dermatologist-recommended. Early customer reviews have been favorable, with one shopper describing it as "Divine!" and the "Best thing to remove makeup and add to my night routine."

Daily Mail's Beauty Expert Elise Wilson noted that the cleansing balm serves as a strong foundation for any skincare routine. She described it as effective at melting away makeup and sunscreen, leaving the skin feeling soft and plump due to its nourishing ingredients. Wilson also highlighted its travel-friendly nature, offering a single product capable of removing a full face of makeup.

The After-Hours Cleansing Balm joins Dermal Therapy's existing range of award-winning skincare products. The brand's Original Lip Balm, a bestseller, features a formula with 2.5% urea, which customers claim can improve the appearance of dry, chapped lips in one day. The lip balm is also available in tinted shades, an Overnight Repair Lip Mask, and flavored versions.
