The 2026 Corona Beach 100, an annual global guide to the world's best beaches, has been released, featuring two notable locations in the United Kingdom. Barafundle Bay in Pembrokeshire, Wales, makes its debut on the list, recognized for its secluded landscape and turquoise waters. Fistral Beach in Cornwall, a returning spot, is noted as a 'Social and Cultural Hotspot' for its vibrant atmosphere and surfing appeal.

This year's guide highlights 100 beaches globally, with 27 new additions. Barafundle Bay is celebrated for its dramatic scenery, accessible only via a clifftop walk. Its sheltered cove is described as having "views reminiscent of the Caribbean" with golden sand and a green backdrop.

Fistral Beach, already a popular surfing destination with dunes and cliffs, is acknowledged for its cultural significance, hosting major competitions and offering a lively social scene. It is the only UK beach to retain its position on the list from previous years.

The Corona Beach 100 encompasses a wide range of international destinations, from the pink sands of Anse Source d'Argent in the Seychelles to the wildlife-rich shores of Bahía Bustamante in Argentina. Other notable new entries include Agia Anna in Greece, known for its calm waters, and Aiguablava Beach in Spain, celebrated for its clear waters and hiking trails.

Globally, the list includes diverse locations such as Praia da Engenhoca in Brazil, a secluded beach reached by hiking through cocoa trees; Boheme Beach in Turkey, popular for its beach club atmosphere and sunset DJs; and Cala Mondragó in Mallorca, Spain, a protected cove framed by pine forests.

Other featured beaches include Crash Boat Beach in Puerto Rico, known for its pier jumping and local vibe; Dune du Pilat in France, home to Europe's tallest sand dune; and Manu Bay in New Zealand, a black-sand beach renowned for surfing and dramatic waves.

Chepes Beach in Honduras offers views of whale sharks and proximity to the Mesoamerican Reef, while Playa Mansa and Playa Sur in Uruguay provide quiet escapes with distinctive seaside views, including an antique lighthouse at Playa Sur. Sea Me Beach in Turkey is noted for its clear waters and luxurious, bohemian-inspired atmosphere.

Beyond the list, Corona is partnering with Tripadvisor to offer access to nature-led experiences and is expanding its Beach 100 Grants program with Oceanic Global to support coastal restoration and ocean protection initiatives worldwide.

The full list includes destinations such as Zlatni Rat in Croatia, Agia Anna and Sarakiniko Beach in Greece, Aiguablava and Cala Salada in Spain, and Copacabana in Brazil, among many others.
