A celebrity whose identity is being kept secret in London’s High Court will learn Tuesday if a legal bid to block the publication of sexual misconduct allegations has been successful.
Mr. Justice Nicklin is set to deliver his decision Tuesday afternoon, according to the Daily Mail. The anonymous man is seeking an injunction against ITN and The Guardian newspaper to prevent the reporting of claims concerning “inappropriate and exploitative sexual activities with a large number of girls and young women.”
The individual has previously argued that he would "very likely" take his own life if the allegations and his identity were published. He has already made two previous suicide attempts.
