Ashley Wallace, 40, has been found guilty of murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life for the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Tyrece Balcha outside a Wembley nightclub.
Balcha sustained gunshot wounds outside the Crystal Club in Atlantic Crescent around 5:30 AM GMT on September 21, 2025. He was transported to a hospital, where he died four days later. CCTV footage from the incident showed Balcha had been involved in a dispute inside the club before being followed outside and shot.
Wallace fled the scene in a vehicle and was apprehended on September 25 after authorities traced the car to south-east London. A revolver containing Wallace's DNA was discovered within the vehicle. Investigators confirmed that the bullet recovered from the crime scene was fired from this firearm.
During the same trial at the Old Bailey, two other men were acquitted of murder. A woman was cleared of charges related to firearm possession and perverting the course of justice. The jury was unable to reach a verdict for a fourth man.
