Hamid Wali, 36, appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday facing multiple charges related to an incident that occurred on June 26.
Wali has been charged with two counts of threatening and abusive behavior, along with one count of rape and sexual assault. The alleged assault took place in Springburn Park between 8:30 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. on June 26.
Wali, who resides in Glasgow, entered no plea during his court appearance and has been remanded in custody. He is scheduled to return to court within the next eight days.
